What the $%&* is a NOTE? You don't give ANYTHING useful here, nothing to "wet the apetite." Just cliche after edict and preaching YOUR gospel as if you are the all knowing Oz! Give a little insight into the biz, and convince more people, maybe even me

What Is A Cash Flow Note? If you’re sitting there now saying “I’ve never heard of a cash flow note” – don’t worry. While you may not know the term, I can guarantee you know the concept. A cash flow note is nothing more than a mortgage between two individuals – instead of between an individual and a bank. And these things are everywhere. In fact, according to the Federal Reserve there were $176 billion in real estate notes last year. And that’s just ONE type of note.Sounds great but every site I went into was a dead end where you needed docket numbers and more.any suggestions because the course I took isnt much help.
This does not explain how you get the education or marketing skills you need to find notes. This doesn't even explain what a cash flow note is. In order to make money you have to have money. This sounds very bogus.i agree with you about the money part! i also heard throug the net that you have to be a certified note broker to buy & sell the notes. now if that is the case where & how do you become a certified note broker?
Not in the least. I'm in the middle of Russ' course right now and thus far, it's been a bunch of common sense or nonsense. Nothing eye-opening as of yet. Biggest part seems to be in the marketing, with the concept that the notes will come to you if you've created the right marketing plan. We'll see.....
I got the materials too. Marketing is the main part of making money with it, and this required an invesment despite the lies told on the infomercial about not needed to invest any money. After hearing the lies told on television, I can say don't believe any of the fiction coming from Dalbey and his gang.
Hey Russ Dalbey, I just ordered your course. Received it two days ago, and I am excited for myself to get started. The wife and I need a second income, and I hope and pray it is a monster of a income after we learn the ropes. I feel you are helping people to help themselves! Good Job! Most people think that if they order the information, they ought to be making six figures right out of the gate. Got to start at the bottom of the ladder one step at a time, and adventually you get to the roof! RIGHT? I get it, so I got it, and all I can say is good! Thanks from Montana!, And God Bless You!I wish you luck,ive been studying his course 6 weeks and have hit one dead end after another.Noone tells you what to do and you hit one dead end after another.Every state has different criteria and none get you into view anything.I am pretty fed up and depressed.I didnt need a second income I needed one to pay my bills and not lose my coop.I had my hopes up but mr dalbey has workers there that arent enough and are not there nites and weekends.So far my friends were right,I will get nothing from course.If you find a way to do better be a nice guy and tell me soon because I am giving up and getting my money back.Some of students want to help you but dont have the time with so few of them.
